Cancelling Order
The full value of the order will be refunded if canceled one working day prior to the specified date for delivery.
If the order is canceled on the same day of delivery, you will not be able to recover the value of the order.
Modifying Order
An order can be modified if the request took place 24 hours prior the date of delivery. This includes; receiver’s name, address, phone number and gifts card message.
Any modification on the same day of delivery will not be accepted and a refund will not be granted.
Delayed Order
If we were not able to send the order on the date that you specified before, due to any special circumstance for us, the sender and the receiver will be notified of that, so that an alternative appointment will be set, and in the event that the order is not delivered, we must return the value of the order.
On the other hand, if we are not able to deliver the order for reasons beyond our control (the recipient is not at home, for example), we do not have to return the value of the order, however, in the event that the recipient is not present to receive the order after preparing the package, we leave a message or contact him by phone to choose a new date for the order to be delivered.
In the event that we are late in delivering any order for more than 3 hours from the specified time slot, we will refund its full value if the recipient refuses to receive it. On the other hand, if we are unable to deliver the order for reasons beyond our control, we do not have to return the order value.
